Before practice we encourage people to join for an early morning hike to wake up with the sun.

At the same time Monday-Friday, will do the daily 1.5 hour long movement & breathing session to start the day and work with ourselves.

After breakfast you are free to experience the local Peru. We will often invite the group to join us in local life, for example coming with us to the local market, do hikes, day-trips etc., but it’s really up to you.

evening

Evening practice is only 30 minutes and focused on your conscious breathing journey.

Since dinners are not included, you’re free to go out and eat or simply hang out, talk and relax together with your fellow participants. We will most like do bon fires, play music, board games and much more.
